Roxanne Mailhot is by far the most personable, down to earth, professional realtor I have ever met. She listens to every detail and has uncanny ability to remember details I didn't even remember. She focused on everything I needed and not what she needed. She was selfless in all aspects. She would met anytime day or night and text or call anytime to just ensure I was informed. Being deployed I am 8 hours ahead and communication is very hard sometimes, but Roxanne was able to pull it off and I had an understanding of EVERYTHING that was going on. In the 20 years that I have been buying and selling rea estate I have never taken a liking to anyone like I have with Roxanne. She understands how to work with people and bring a sense of comfort. She also has an ability to work with people even when there are issues that arise that are detrimental to the situation. I would recommend her to anyone I know or even didn't know. Her level of patience is unlike I have ever seen in any business. I cannot rant and rave enough about her. I hope more people utilize her so they can have such an amazing experience in either buying or selling a home. If it is ever possible I would also recommend she is the buying and selling agent just as she was for me.

While starting to casually look, we met Roxy at an open house and even though we are young and were not entirely seriously looking yet, she was so kind and helpful and willing to take the time to show us the house and answer questions and suggest how we should proceed when we were ready to look more in earnest (with no pressure whatsoever). She actually changed brokerages since then, but fortunately we searched online and found her new contact info and were able to get in touch with her :) our initial impression of her from that open house was definitely accurate, and she was just fantastic to work with.
